This was taken on the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive.

I was walking across a little bridge over some pipes and shooting down into the plants on top of the water.

As I was shooting some flowers I heard the unmistakable thrumming sound of a baby alligator calling for mom.

Keeping one eye out for mom, I found the little guy and got several shots from above.
